TPG QuickStart is a package including workshop, implementation, training and a contingent of consulting hours. The goal is the quick availability of a preconfigured solution for your project and portfolio management (PPM) based on Microsoft Project Server or Planisware technology. The centralized tool, best-practice processes, the standardization of templates as well as the targeted training for users and administrators enable a quick increase of your project management maturity level.
