While you gain a good overview and some deeper insights into the future tool, our specialists analyze your current environment, your processes and existing tools, and start compiling a high level solution design for your requirements.
A series of onsite workshops to discuss your exact organizational goals and requirements addresses all the details needed for the setup and configuration of the new solution. Together with representatives from your management, key stakeholders and project team, we help you identify any possible issues, risks, process improvements as well as technology and infrastructural needs. Microsoft PPM and Planisware both offer a great set of functionality and the flexibility to adapt to many process models, industries and customer sizes. The open architecture in combination with powerful APIs allows for integration to any third party system as ERP, HR, Payroll or skills databases.
For almost all aspects of Microsoft and Planisware PPM solutions, TPG has best-practice recommendations, preconfigured solutions or even a fully configured PPM environment for your quick and secure start.
