The PMI-ACP® certification (Agile Certified Practitioner according to PMI®) ranks among the world’s most recognized certificates for agile project management. With the PMI-ACP credential, you demonstrate your experience, training and ability in managing and leading agile projects successfully. As an Agile Certified Practitioner, you will be well-versed in the current methods, techniques, tools and theories for agile project management and able to use these contextually in projects.
This PMI-ACP Seminar is designed for exam preparation. Of course, the practical relevance still plays an important role. But it has to be subordinate to the exam preparation for the PMI-ACP certificate at all events. This Seminar is useful for classic project managers and team members as well as senior staff who either employ agile methods in their projects already or would like to establish them.
We only offer this as a company seminar in English. Click below for the dates and details of this training in German.
If you already possess a Scrum certificate, attendance on the third day of this PMI-ACP Seminar is optional. In this case, the statement of the contact hours for the exam registration can be combined with the training experience from the preparation for the Scrum certification. You will receive the topic of the 3rd day, “Continuous Improvement (Product, Process, People)”, as a keyword list for self-study.
The 3 seminar days meet the requirements of the PMI specifying 21 contact hours.
Day 1 and 2: each 9am - 5pm; 7h each
