TPG PSLink® is a worldwide leading SAP-certified integration product for data exchange between project management, ERP and other systems. This product is the result of over 25 years of intensive development.
The integration of Microsoft Power Platform with SAP via a such proven middleware enables companies to increase the efficiency of their business processes and facilitate a seamless data exchange between various systems.
With its Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and CoPilot (Microsoft’s AI support) components, Microsoft Power Platform makes it possible to create individual applications, automate workflows and carry out extensive data analyses. With TPG PSLink, it is possible to directly integrate data from SAP into the Power Platform or vice versa, which guarantees fast and efficient updates in both systems.
Currently, there are only few easily configurable connectors between the Power Platform and SAP solutions. The Microsoft “SAP ERP” connector is very limited in its functionality. It does not meet the requirements for a comprehensive middleware product specially developed for complex integration purposes.
TPG PSLink enables the simultaneous multi-directional exchange of data between many different systems. In project management, these are often – in addition to SAP – systems like Jira or DevOps for linking work management with the project management system.

TPG has developed the TPG ProjectPowerPack product as a powerful solution for project, program and portfolio management (PPM). This PPM tool is based on the Power Platform. Together with TPG PSLink, numerous use cases for data exchange in the PPM and ERP (SAP) systems are supported. Companies benefit from optimized processes for project structuring, cost planning and tracking as well as resource management based on data in both systems that is always up to date.
The following graphic shows the most important use case of transferring the structure from the PPM to the ERP tool via integration between Power Platform and SAP. For data exchange between PPM and ERP systems, you will find other important use cases here.
It is possible to integrate the Power Platform with SAP, Jira, DevOps, etc. both with TPG ProjectPowerPack and without this advanced PPM software. In addition, integration also works with Planner Premium (formerly Project for the Web), which is often used in combination with the Power Platform.
