Edison365 Ideas is included in our partner’s Edison365 Suite. The tool has a visually appealing user interface and accesses the existing Office 365 module in background mode. It’s easy to use and accessible on all mobile devices and browsers.

In addition to collecting bottom-up ideas, it also lets you create challenges and competitions for generating ideas. This creates a friendly competitive atmosphere that encourages employees to submit ideas for achieving corporate goals and enables you to gather and evaluate these ideas.

Ideas can be checked to ensure that they align with the business strategy, and monitored via live reporting and real-time statistics.

TPG IdeaManagement

TPG IdeaManagement is another alternative, a simplified solution for collecting and evaluating ideas (for example, within a corporate department). It is ready to use and based on existing Office 365 modules.

A standardized process for managing ideas can be quickly and easily configured.  Employee ideas (generated from the bottom up) can be gathered and documented using any type of user device. Detailed reports are used to evaluate the ideas. The process is described below.

The Process: From the Idea to the Project

  • Step 1: Your staff note down their ideas in an app on their mobile device.
  • Step 2: Decision-makers automatically receive these ideas and can either approve or dissapprove them.
  • Step 3: Interactive reports about one idea or the idea-pipeline support the decision-making process.
  • Step 4: In combination with Project Online, you can transform approved ideas into projects (optional).
