• Resource planning in Project Server (Enterprise Resources, Team Builder)
• Project implementation (My Tasks, My Timesheets, Time Reporting methods, updating)
• Project and resource evaluation in Web App (Project Center, Resource Center, Reports)
• Project completion (project archiving)
• Project Sites (documents, issues, risks)

Target group: Project manager, project controllers, and managers with a consulting function for the PMO, PMO assistants and Microsoft Project Server administrators.

Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of Project Management principles and experience in Microsoft Office. Experience with Microsoft Project Professional or completion of the Learning MS Project seminar.

Microsoft Project Version: Training is conducted in Microsoft Project Server 2010. But training is equally suitable for users of versions 2007 or 2003. The differences between versions will be addressed.
