Pond has been working with organisations to improve their project management capabilities for over fourteen years. During this time, he has helped companies deploy collaborative work management solutions embracing people, process, technology and strategy. Chris is currently one of the UK’s only Project Server specific Virtual Technology Solutions Professionals (VTSP), assisting Microsoft UK with his knowledge and experience of Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and SharePoint.

Pond has supported organisations through the toolset decision-making process by aligning their requirements to flexible, future-proof solutions that are built on the Microsoft technology stack. Prior to his time at TPG, Pond worked as a Senior EPM Consultant with Corporate Project Solutions for 8 years and Advanced Management Solutions for 6 years, delivering Enterprise Project Management Solutions with Microsoft Project / Project Server and the AMS REALTIME product suite. Pond has worked across various industry sectors including oil and gas, IT operations, finance and charitable organisations as well as local and central government.
