TPG MailNotifier identifies which electronic timesheets in Microsoft Project Web Access have not been completely filled out. It then automatically sends role-specific email reminders to the people concerned at configurable intervals. Consequently, project participants are required to complete the necessary actual data, while the project manager is spared the task of sending out reminders.

Additional features that increase efficiency include reminders to project managers concerning actual times that have not yet been approved, and to administrators regarding error logs.
