Stavros Georgantzis

Stavros Georgantzis is the founder and managing director of TPG The Project Group GmbH. It was under his leadership that TPG developed the first link between Microsoft Project and SAP (PSLink®) back in 1998. Before setting up The Project Group, Stavros Georgantzis was a consultant, a trainer for project management and the author of several publications on the subject including being the main contributor to the Inside Project magazine. He worked as a consultant and product manager at Microsoft GmbH in Unterschleißheim, Germany from 1992 to 1994. Today Stavros Georgantzis is in charge of worldwide sales and partner management as well as strategic relations with Microsoft and SAP at TPG.

Johann Strasser

Johann Strasser has been the managing director of The Project Group since 2001. He worked as an engineer for hardware and software development for controlling motor-driven power systems from 1987 to 1991. Then he was a free-lance consultant, seminar teacher and programmer in project management for ten years. His work was also focused and continues to be providing consultation for and developing software applications for the building sector. Johann Strasser is also an active author for the ProjektMagazin.

Dr. Thomas Henkelmann

Dr. Thomas Henkelmann is an associate partner of The Project Group since May 2004. After his studies and PHD in Technical Physics he started as a project management consultant at Primavera. After the foundation of his company Micro-Frame Technologies Deutschland GmbH, that changed its name to 12Plan Projektmanagement GmbH in 2000 he was managing director and responsible for the build-up of an European distribution and service network for several software companies (elabor.com, Scheuring AG, Business Engine Software Corporation).

Seminars, trainings and concepts of implementation for Enterprise Project Management solutions on the basis of Microsoft Project were the main focus of his activities within the last years.

The successful management team at The Project Group combine technical and economic experience and expertise at a very high level. All three team members know Microsoft Project inside out - ever since its first version; their reputation as consultants in project management solutions is international. Their know-how, accumulated over many years, provides the basis for the add-in products supplied by TPG, integrating EPM solutions even more seamlessly in the processes and infrastructure of medium-sized and large companies and organizations.
